• To activate and manage your subscription.
• To provide AI assistant functionality.
• To monitor service usage and improve performance.

3. Voice Data

Voice recognition is performed entirely on-device using offline models. No voice recordings are transmitted to our servers. AI text responses are processed through third-party AI providers, but no audio data is sent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Paddle.com — for payment processing (as Merchant of Record).
• AI service providers — text queries only, no personal identifiers attached.

5. Data Storage and Security

Activation records and usage data are stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption at rest. We retain usage data for up to 90 days for analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your stored data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.
