Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at leo.lty0511@gmail.com with your device code and reason for the refund. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle.
