1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using AI Assistant for Car ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Assistant for Car is a voice-activated AI assistant application designed for Android-based car infotainment systems (head units). The Service includes hands-free voice commands, AI-powered responses, offline voice recognition, and built-in text-to-speech.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at $19.99/month.
• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

4. Free Trial

The 3-day free trial allows full access to the Service. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first month.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Device Activation

Each subscription is linked to a unique device code from your car head unit. One subscription activates one device. Transferring activation between devices requires contacting support.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
• Share your activation with unauthorized devices.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The AI assistant should not be relied upon for safety-critical driving decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomotiveHU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
